Bob Elliott

Bob started his radio career on British Forces Radio where he broadcast on several stations both here in the UK and abroad. After leaving the RAF he worked in Hospital Radio in various stations from Barrow-in-Furness to Farnborough and Weston-super-Mare before being posted to Huntingdon in 1999 when he joined Hinchingbrooke Hospital Radio and through them joined HCR, broadcasting with them through until 2023. He now presents the 70’s show on PCRfm in Peterborough and is looking forward to presenting a 60’s show on Boomerang Radio. In his spare time Bob enjoys going on holiday preferably to warm places during the winter months and doing geeky things like messing with computers and writing programs. He also works every Friday at the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum in Norfolk giving cold war talks from a real operations room and showing visitors how to fire a Bloodhound missile.
