Originally from South London, Jo started her career in entertainment in her early twenties working as a professional singer both home and abroad and then as a TV actress after obtaining her equity card. When her children were small, Jo got the chance to move into local radio.

These early steps were taken with BBC Radio Cambridgeshire before becoming freelance and working for local radio stations across the region. she is best known for being the mid-morning presenter on Lite FM Peterborough. When she is not playing the hits on Boomerang , Jo loves nothing more than a good country walk followed by a mug of tea, some decent chocolate and a good book!
